Come in costume at 3:00 PM for a costume parade, musical instrument petting zoo, photos, candy and more! Bring your kids in costume and enjoy a fun filled fall event!
At 4:00 PM, the Youth Symphony is presenting their Fall concert; Halloween themed music will be played.
